You can operate in a fun and fast-paced team and can shift from responding beautifully to emails, chats, and calls. (Must attend all classes and pass follow-up tests in order to graduate and receive hours.)Respond to questions in both internal and customer-facing queues via email, chat, and phone calls about billing, shipping, orders, accounts, memberships, and our website.Work closely with our management, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to target issues, streamline processes, and assist in intelligently building our wonderful business.Learn a wide variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions.Skills & requirements:Use technology in your everyday life.Strong typing skills.Experience with CRM systems and office software is a plus.Willing to work 40 hours a week including one weekend day (part-time options available).Information for Recruiters:
