General Managers oversee all aspects of in-store operations, including but not limited to staffing/scheduling, food safety, inventory/stock ordering, COGS management, cash handling, and brand compliance.The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. General Managers must be self-motivated individuals who have superior leadership skills and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. This is a Bonus-eligible position.Requirements:Ability to work a 40+ hour weekAt least 18 years of age, with a valid driver license and clean driving recordBasic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe AcrobatMust be able to perform, teach and train all aspects of Assistant Manager, PIC, InShopper, and Delivery Driver positions, as neededAbility to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the storeOrganize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervisionWilling to coach and task-manage employees on store operationsAdditional Requirements:Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shiftsAbility to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shiftAbility to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° FManagers are eligible for a Bonus Program that correlates with the Profit and Loss of the store. Completing goals including Labor Costs, Food Costs, and maintaining a store with Jimmy John's standards of integrity, managers will make a percentage of the profit. The percentage of profit ranges from 10%-20% depending on experience and performance.General Managers will be shared the P&L at the end of each period, and managers will benefit directly from the store's performance!Leadership and Culture:Rhox Sandwiches DBA Jimmy John's managers require a strong ability in Leadership.
