Position Summary:
The IT Director is responsible for the oversight of the development, implementation, operation, monitoring, and evaluation of ONCs networks, servers, systems, hardware, software, and cloud operations. Works with departments to effectively utilize the applications of technology within their respective areas of responsibility.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for maintaining technology operations to include systems administration, network management, telecommunications management, system and data security, system and data backup and emergency recovery plans
Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems
Evaluates and recommends vendor contracts for hardware, software, and technology related services as needed; works with vendors to resolve technical issues.Implements a ticketing system for technology related needs, repairs, and maintenance. Develops protocols to ensure tickets are completed in a timely manner and accurately.Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues reported by users.Manage electronic equipment and maintain technology inventory database.Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings.
