Graduate DegreeThe Program Director must be able to collect and interpret data regarding the progress of the program and if goals are being met. The Program Director must be able to provide supervision to the Program Supervisors and manage staff. The Program Director must be able to review and manage a budget and be able to evaluate and enhance the efficiency and productivity of the program. The Program Director must be able to ensure that the program is adhering to all DMHAS and 988 guidelines and policies. Will be expected to participate in an on-call rotation in order to provide remote clinical backup and supervision to the Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams (MCORT).The 988 Program provides 24/7 mobile community outreach services to adults in crisis, including mental health, substance use, and suicidal emergencies. Staff dispatch to crises in teams of two, with a Crisis Response Specialist and a Peer Support Specialist, to provide assessment, risk assessment, safety planning, linkage to services, and follow-up care. The Program aims to provide crisis de-escalation without use of law enforcement unless necessary for consumer or team safety.Hours:

Must possess a clinical license (LCSW, LPC) in addition to a Master’s Degree in a mental health related field in addition to two years postmaster’s experience in a mental health setting.
