an insider notes.The incoming associate will advise clients on all aspects of the structuring, formation and ongoing management of private investment funds and their respective management companies, as well as a broad cross-section of institutional investors actively investing into private investment funds. You will focus on all stages and types of private investment fund formations, including venture capital, growth equity, buyout, fund-of-funds, private credit, secondary and non-traditional funds (e.g., feeder and access funds).Billable Hours target: 1,900 – 1,950Alongside standard billable work, associates can count up to 100 hours of pro bono.
