Together, we're shaping personalized healthcare experiences.The Clinical Digital Assistant (CDA) team is at the forefront, developing a next-generation platform that integrates generative AI technologies, OCI’s cloud-native AI/ML capabilities, and robust data infrastructure. You will lead a talented group of engineers and help drive the team's vision of transforming healthcare through innovation and technology.Responsibilities
Work with product teams and users of the platform to identify new functionality and enhancements.Work with product and upstream partner teams to coordinate long-term planning and prioritization.Monitor and manage engineering deliverables.Recruit/build an impactful, innovative and energetic team.Foster team collaboration and communication, both within the team and with other teams.Qualifications
10+ years experience managing a product engineering team of 16+ people.Strong background in data engineering, distributed systems, and cloud-native deployments.Leadership, mentorship, and raising the talent bar across the organization.Demonstrated experience with Relational and NoSQL databases.Demonstrated experience with search technologies, Vector Stores, and Generative AI (LLMs).Demonstrated experience applying, measuring, and improving agile engineering processes.Disclaimer:

US: Hiring Range: from $142,900 to $338,600 per annum.
