Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Illinois State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and securities litigation.Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.Excellent oral advocacy and courtroom presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Sound judgment and attention to detail.Education:
