We provide employees the resources, stability, and job flexibility they truly deserve.Responsibilities:POSITION SUMMARY:The AVP, HR Leader will oversee the strategy and execution of all Human Resource functions (including HRBP, Shared Services, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Data/Analytics, Benefits and I&D) and activities for all regions of CenterWell Home Health and will be the single point of HR accountability for all aforementioned functions. The team will function as one intact team leveraging process center expertise, regardless of reporting relationships.Responsibilities of the AVP include, but are not limited to:Drive strategic impact of the human capital planDrive consistent HR best practice and execution of deliveryDirect human capital strategyDrive culture in partnership with leadershipDevelop Home Health specific policiesOperational oversight for all regionsPartner and support Home Health specific initiatives and programsExecute on market relevant compensation programsDrive and ensure execution of recruiting strategy with flawless execution to ensure staffing effectiveness to meet center needsDirect supervisory oversight of HRBP team for Home Health; dotted line accountability for other HR assigned partnersFacilitate annual HR processes within Home Health leveraging HR partnersRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree10 or more years' deep HR experience across multiple HR disciplines, preferably in an operational environmentPrevious direct leadership experienceExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenExperience implementing and measuring success on complex initiativesAbility to think strategically, work independently, and direct the work of a large matrixed teamStrong relationship building skillsProcess-focused, with ability to drive meaningful process improvement and user experienceDesired Qualifications:Master's degreeAdditional Information:Remote location is flexible and remote, anywhere across the USRequires travel as business needs dictateWork-At-Home Requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
