Appellate, Chancery, or Law Division clerkship preferred.Outstanding academic credentials.Excellent writing and communication skills.Ability to work independently.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New Jersey State Bar; admission to the New York State Bar preferred.Federal or New Jersey Appellate, Chancery, or Law Division clerkship preferred.Skills:Proficiency in drafting legal documents.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
