A newly created position, the Vice President of Impact (VP) is a dynamic leader, institutional innovator and key member of the senior executive team. This position is charged with overseeing program impact on all members of the PODER community and PODER’s collective programming efforts which consist of Integrated English and Workforce Development (IE + WFD) as well as Immigrant Integration Support Services. IE/WFD consists of a four-phase career pathway. The VP will lead a team that includes two direct reports, the Immigrant Integration Manager and IE + WFD Manager. The purpose of the Impact team is to empower students and participants, through classes, trainings, events, and one-on-one counseling, to overcome integration obstacles and achieve academic or professional goals. Reporting to the CEO, the VP is expected to significantly advance PODER’s programs and profile as a key player within Chicago’s human services community.Salary : The salary range for this role is

$135,000 - $145,000
