The candidate should have over 16+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.Skills Required/Desired16 Years Required - Experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions and tracing requirements throughout the project.5 Years Required - Experience working on Agile and Waterfall projects.12 Years Required - Experience developing IT project documentation including EPICS/Feature/user stories, application requirements, and functional designs.8 Years Required - Experience using industry-standard methodologies like System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile Methodology, and Systems Engineering (SEM).12 Years Required - Experience creating and documenting workflows such as As-Is and To-Be Process Flows.8 Years Required - Experience contributing to EPICS/Features/User stories estimates.8 Years Required - Experience with various application systems such as Asset Management, Financial, Licensing, and Permitting systems.
