Description:Seeking recent graduate or junior developer who is a self-starter, ready for a new challenge in which you bring your skills to the table and deepen them. Company is currently growing and is looking for passionate developers. Depending on your knowledge and preferences, you can delve into the backend or frontend development. Your role with the team includes:
Active participation in the entire software lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment in the Scrum teamAccording to your strengths, focus on frontend, backend, or full stack developmentConception, development, and optimization of software features in the Java environmentInterface development and connection of the software to various database systemsIf you have a wish and know-how, you can take on some of the DevOps tasksRegular customer exchange as part of the Daily Scrum MeetingsExtract technology stacks: Java Application Server with JSF, Spring, Hibernate, SpringBoot, React.js, Angular, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Git, GitLab-CI, etc.Requirements:
Bachelor or equivalent degree in Computer Science field OR 3 years of development experienceSolid knowledge of an object-oriented programming language and relational databasesAgile mindset and knowledge of agile development methods such as ScrumJava Development experienceInquisitive team player with a solution-oriented and innovative way of workingFluent written and spoken EnglishMust be a Team PlayerSelf-motivated: We have a very flat hierarchy with no managers in the teams; we work freely in our team and rely on everyone to do their part without the need to be pushed into doing so.Interest in problem solving: Our work requires creativity and adaptability; it's not just about knowing the technical aspect of the work, it's about wanting to create solutions for our clients' needs.Communication skills: This is not a job where you sit in a cubicle all day; there is a lot of communication between teammates and clients, which means you have to be able to be diplomatic and reasonable in your interactions to properly communicate opinions, concerns, or feedback.About the Company:Company is an international software company with 8 locations in 5 countries with more than 400 employees.
