Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the company.DescriptionAs the Director of Feasibility Strategy within the Innovative Health Engagement and Advocacy (IHE&A) organization, your role will be pivotal in shaping our above trial feasibility strategies, including feasibility platforms roadmap. You will collaborate closely with Delivery Unit (DU) stakeholders and other important functions across the organization, including Data Science & Digital Health (DSDH), to drive a data-driven approach to our work, including site segmentation and site tiering.Primary responsibilities:Collaborate closely with all relevant functions who contribute to the Feasibility framework.Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to design strategies aligned with the priorities of the DUs.Develop tailored engagement approaches and tools that enable the DUs to work seamlessly with key stakeholders.Conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of functions within JJIM best placed to support the Feasibility process.Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure an integrated and cohesive approach to Feasibility.Provide dynamic leadership to a team of professionals, guiding their development and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in scientific or healthcare discipline or relevant field required. PharmD, MS, MD or PhD preferred.Required:Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in site feasibility process within pharmaceutical R&D.Previous experience in feasibility processes and practice is essential.Possess strong analytical skills and ability to effectively utilize data to inform feasibility assessments.Proven ability to think strategically and bring innovative ideas to evolve and optimize Feasibility processes.Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills.Ability to thrive in a complex and rapidly changing environment.Strong leadership acumen, with experience in managing teams.Preferred:2 years of people management experience.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $244,950.
