Labor & Employment Litigation Associate – Chicago

We are looking to speak with mid-level litigation associates to join our client’s well-regarded Labor & Employment practice group in Chicago.This is an opportunity to work with down-to-earth and personable, yet fierce advocates who are recognized leaders defending state and federal wage and hour collective and class actions. You will regularly defend employers in class, collective, and individual actions involving claims under the FLSA, Title VII, ADA, and other federal and state statutes.You will also advise clients on matters including restrictive covenants, reductions in force, employment agreements, handbook policies, accommodations, and issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Salary range: $295,000 – $345,000.The work is rewarding, the team is fantastic, and the career development and market exposure is the next level.
