Our client is a prestigious law firm dedicated to providing top-notch legal services in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. They are committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and excellence in every case they handle.Job Responsibilities:
Join the Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith team.Handle Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist or First Party Property matters.Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions, and participating in arbitrations/trials.Qualifications:
JD from an accredited Law School.Admitted to practice in PA; admission to the NJ bar is a plus.At least 5+ years of significant experience in related fields.Proficiency in drafting coverage opinions involving first-party breach of contract and/or third-party liability claims and related bad faith issues.Why is This a Great Opportunity:
