The ideal candidate will have 6-15 years of solid experience in handling a broad range of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, sales and purchases of real estate and business operations, real and personal property-based financing, business formations, and general corporate work.Job Overview:The Mid-level Business Transactional Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and transactional support to clients in a variety of business-related matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and general corporate work.
