Local company in growth mode is creating a new position for an experienced professional, a been-there-done-that analyst to join their team in a key role working directly for the CFO. This company is entering into a critical point in their growth and they are searching for a mature, highly technical financial analyst to take ownership for all modeling, forecasting, budgeting and ad hoc analysis. This position will work shoulder to shoulder with the CFO and executive team and provide insights that will drive strategy and help set the course of this company in the years ahead.Responsibilities
Lead the budgeting process each year and collaborate with leaders across the company to set the target for success and growth.Provide insights on a recurring basis to show how the business is performing and help leaders make strategic decisions through the course of the calendar year.You will own all ad hoc analysis, “what if” projects, modeling, forecasting and your conclusions will play a critical role in decisions that will help the company grow and expand in the years ahead.This is a key position and Hemphill is searching for an experienced individual who can hit the ground running and make an impact in this role right away.
