The mission of Duffy Health Center is to provide equitable, integrated primary health care and support services to people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness on Cape Cod, and to improve the quality of life for vulnerable and marginalized populations through community collaborations, leadership, and advocacy.THE OPPORTUNITY: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERDuffy Health Center is a patient-centered medical home, and every role requires functioning effectively using a team-based approach. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the overall management and strategic leadership of Duffy Health Center. The CEO establishes long and short-range plans and objectives, personal performance standards, and assumes direct accountability for the organization’s results. The CEO develops and implements organizational policies, goals, objectives, and budgets, and is responsible for resolving all conflicts which arise.
