8 years of experience in investor relations, finance, equity sales, research or strategy, accounting, or planning and development for a public company Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field Financial background in sell-side equity research, buy-side, corporate finance/investment banking, finance Experience with financial statements, valuation methods, and capital markets Analytical skills required to create financial models and evaluate internal and sell-side models Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to clearly convey key insights to investors/analysts/senior leadership Quarterly work travel to investor events required Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Business Worked with a publicly traded company operating under the Reg FD and SEC regulatory framework Familiarity with IR databases and similar platforms (FactSet, Bloomberg, Ipreo/BD Corporate, etc.) Buy-side/sell-side communication experience Technology / fintech company experience Job Summary
As the Director, Investor Relations, you'll assist in developing and executing an investor communication strategy, focusing on investor presentations, analyst meetings and quarterly earnings announcements. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining consistent messaging to the investment community and assessing investor sentiment and market trends. Responsibilities
Manage the production of quarterly earnings materials including release, scripts, Q&A, investor presentations, and talking points Collaborate with Finance, PR, legal, and other teams to gather data, create content, and align messaging around quarterly and business developments Monitor peer earnings and industry updates to assess competitive positioning Review sell-side analyst reports and conduct financial analyses to evaluate sell-side models Cultivate relationships with sell-side analysts and buy-side institutional investors Prepare regular market trend updates, investor feedback summaries, valuation analyses and industry news briefs Utilize financial and IR databases (FactSet, Bloomberg, Ipreo/BD Corporate, etc.) for investor profiling, targeting and ownership reports Coordinate investor events and manage investor relations logistics Support in drafting SEC filings, proxy statements and ESG reports Ensure compliance with disclosure regulations (Reg Fair Disclosure) through collaboration with General Counsel Benefits and Perks
