Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time clinical Hematologist/Oncologist. High caliber, quality focused, innovative physicians should apply to join our cancer center team to expand and provide care to our West Michigan communities.The physician candidate will be performing a full spectrum of hematology and oncology patient care, including but not limited to new patient referrals, and established patients actively in treatment and follow-up care. The candidate will need to coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive experience for all patients, families, and staff.Practice Features:Comprehensive multi-disciplinary oncology service line including network access to subspecialties such as Radiation Oncology, Neuro Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Gynecologic Oncology, and Thoracic and Colorectal surgery.Expansive Cancer Network serving much of the West Michigan region and Lake Michigan shoreline.Extensive Primary Care referral network.Full complement of ancillary support staff and programs including Advanced Practice Providers, Infusion, Care Management, Social Work, Nurse Navigation, Nurse triage, Research, Clinical Trials, Laboratory, Pharmacy, genetics, and financial counseling.Program marketing.Partnering team of specialists.Affiliation with the University of Michigan.As a THMG employed provider, you can anticipate:Starting bonus.Relocation assistance.Full-time benefit package.Malpractice insurance w/tail.CME funds, licensure, and professional membership support.403b with employer contribution & match.Qualifications:Fellowship training required.Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible.State of Michigan license required at time of employment.DEA license.ACLS & BLS certified.About the Cancer Network of West Michigan:The Cancer Network of West Michigan is a joint venture between University of Michigan Health- Michigan Medicine, University of Michigan Health-West, and Trinity Health to leverage the combined resources and capabilities of the two West Michigan health systems and Michigan Medicine, the academic medical center of the University of Michigan.
