An expanding e-commerce group (think of them as a startup within an established brand) needs a Director, Digital Initiatives to drive their business forward through various touchpoints. This role is all about understanding the nuances of the digital business — from performance updates to special projects — and partnering with different segments of the business to drive processes and strategies that yield results.In this role, you will own digital KPI analytics, run high-priority digital initiatives end-to-end, liaise with stakeholders, and identify solutions to front- and back-end business problems.
