And that’s where you come in:As the Product Manager, D2C Customer Experience, you’ll be thinking through user flows, conversion optimization, and how to manage this D2C business. You will fully own the front-end and user experience of the site. You’ll play an integral role in the planning and execution of all facets of the e-commerce journey from user acquisition to conversion to retention and loyalty. You have 3+ years of front-end experience as a Product Manager, ideally at a startup or a similarly fast-paced environment. You have a deep understanding of e-comm tech stack, you love new technologies, and you’re forever open to expanding your technical expertise.
