That said, from an e-commerce perspective, this website needs some serious product love! And that’s where you come in:As the Product Manager, D2C Customer Experience, you’ll be thinking through user flows, conversion optimization, and how to manage this D2C business. You will fully own the front-end and user experience of the site. You’ll play an integral role in the planning and execution of all facets of the e-commerce journey from user acquisition to conversion to retention and loyalty. This is a great opportunity for a (let’s face it) brilliant mid-level Product Manager looking to jump on board the next startup rocketship.Why You?How you’ll know if you’re a fit…You live and breathe e-commerce. You have 3+ years of front-end experience as a Product Manager, ideally at a startup or a similarly fast-paced environment. Perhaps you’re even a founder/co-founder of a startup yourself, or maybe this is something you aspire to. You have demonstrated experience working with e-commerce products or apps. You have a deep understanding of e-comm tech stack, you love new technologies, and you’re forever open to expanding your technical expertise. You hold yourself and your deliverables to the highest standards; you recognize that every touchpoint is a reflection of the brand and needs to be a perfect fit with the customer’s standards and expectations.
