Financial Reporting Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations, with a strong background in utilizing Oracle Financials. This role will play a crucial part in overseeing the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other relevant guidelines. This person reports to the Director.Responsibilities:Manage the preparation and distribution of accurate and timely financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other ad-hoc reports as required.Ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable financial standards and regulations.Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including review and analysis of financial data.Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including accounting, tax, and audit teams, to ensure timely and accurate reporting.Utilize Oracle Financials to maintain financial records and streamline reporting processes.Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements.Develop and maintain documentation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.Lead and mentor a team of financial reporting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.Proven experience (4 yrs) in Financial Reporting or similar role.Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.Experience working with Oracle Financials.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.Apply:To apply, please send your resume to Kfun@libertyjobs.com or click the Apply button below.
