Computer Systems Analyst

Work under the direct supervision of the VP for Business Operations and Development and assist him with IT-related business development and management, proposal writing, and financial analysis including:Identify, interview and work with IT subject matter experts to understand and gather Clients' business requirements and technical specifications, documentation of business and functional requirements, gap analysis, process analysis, and ensure that the technical team develops and implements the system/project in accordance with Client's requirements and standards.Conduct research on market conditions, business development opportunities, products, competitors, and financial and economic trends related to procurement of IT development and consulting services.Prepare test plans, test scripts, test documentation, and testing methodologies for UAT and functionality testing of business applications.Prepare business proposals/bids for procurement.Develop and maintain a web-based/network management information system database and generate reports to support management decisions.Qualifications

Must be proficient in several of the following technologies and tools: UML, Rational Rose, RUP, Doors, JAD, Agile, Scrum, Visio, Requisite Pro, BPM, WinRunner, LoadRunner, Test Director, Quality Center, QTP, Selenium, SQA, Rational Tools, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Projects, VBA, .NET, MS Access, Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, PL/SQL, SQL, TSQL, SSIS, SSRS, Tableau, TOAD, ERWIN, Data Modeling, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Visualization, Java, HTML, SAS, R, Python, and other statistical/financial analysis tools and graphical/presentation design tools, and the Internet in a Windows and UNIX environment.Qualifications: MS/MA in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Finance, Math Economics, Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS) and 1 year of experience or BS/BA in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, Computer Science or Management Information Systems (MIS) and 6 years of experience. Relevant experience includes Business Analyst/Manager, Management Analyst, Financial Analyst, QA Analyst, Accountant, and IT Project Manager/Lead, Project Control Specialist or related occupations. Requires frequent domestic travel.
