(Please answer these screening questions while applying for this position):Do you have at least 7 years' experience in software development?Do you have at least 3 years’ experience in an AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure?Do you have at least 3 years' experience with Python?Do you have at least 2 years' experience in people management?DESCRIPTION:As a Lead Software Engineer, you will:Lead a development team of five responsible for the continual development of several corporate Identity and Access Management systems and applications.Enhance IAM capabilities that are coupled with Machine Learning models.Enhance Role Mining capabilities that make use of Data Science driven outputs.Lead teams to enhance performance and achieve targets.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness; measure and track performance.Support enterprise-wide compliance with enterprise standards, processes and policies.Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community.Think out of the box and develop creative solutions with current products and their capabilities to solve business and functional needs.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree or military experienceAt least 7+ to 10 years' experience in software developmentAt least 3 years’ experience in an AWS, Google Cloud, or AzureAt least 3 years' experience with PythonAt least 2 years' experience in people managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Computer ScienceAt least 1 year' experience with graph databasesAt least 1 year' experience with React.js or AngularFamiliarity with a Machine Learning Application
