Director of Global Advocacy and Policy

The Director of Global Advocacy and Policy contributes to the organization’s mission by demonstrating passion in improving HIV policies around the world. The Director is a well-experienced person in advocacy, possesses innovative ideas, and excels in relationship building.This globally based position requires effective communication skills when working with staff and partners, especially when English is not their primary language.The Director has the opportunity to advise and shape various HIV-related initiatives, fighting for equality and justice for the most-at-risk populations. The Director adds value to the Global Advocacy, Policy, Marketing, and Operations Team by applying their extensive experience in grassroots advocacy and connecting staff with country teams to address pressing issues and explore new ideas and opportunities.Salary Range:

$80K -- $100KMinimum Qualification:
