A longtime Hemphill Client has an opportunity for a detail-oriented and energetic professional to join their team. Report to an established leader who will take responsibility for training and developing you to ensure you’re equipped with the tools you need to be successful.In this role, you will be responsible for:Invoice creation in high volumes for a wide array of customers all over the countryEntering financial data tied to customer contracts into the company’s financial software (Oracle)Reconciling products sold with respective invoices to ensure amounts are accurate within each billInteracting with internal and external customers when there is uncertainty regarding pricing agreements or invoicesThis is a great role for an individual who enjoys analytical work, wants to be challenged, and likes staying busy.
