R100077147The department of Neurology has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Sr. Clinical Program Coordinator to work at UHealth. The Sr. Clinical Program Coordinator will work with the Cognitive division, coordinating the Lecanemab (Leqembi) drug infusions. The candidate will lead the proper schedule and management of patients, the acquisition of necessary patient care and records, as well as the data entry in the CMS National Patient Registry, ensuring compliance with department, University and federal policies and procedures:Coordinate and schedule the logistics of all Lecanemab (Leqembi) drug infusions regardless of the UM place of service.Schedule and coordinate all Lecanemab (Leqembi)-related MRI and PET scans at UM.Proactively fill infusion cancellations, reschedules, or other unanticipated openings.Ensure that the medical schedule is communicated in a way that is organized and accessible.Triage and follow-through on messages and information requests from patients using UChart related to the infusions.Obtain, review, and keep track of all patient demographics, insurance information, and referral numbers.Review clinical records for completeness, including authorization, signatures, missing data, and other patient information.Maintain required records and reports statistics for administrative, quality assurance, and safety and control purposes.Maintain historical records of the medical schedule.Act as a point of contact for patients, invoices, databases, and reports.Prepare and present reports, tables, and figures summarizing the number of infusions/tests, etc.Merge, create, and prepare data for analysis.Write detailed documentation and specifications for analysis of data sets and related files.Develop cooperative relationships with patients and families by projecting a positive image and creating a professional atmosphere.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure.Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.Ability to understand and follow instructions.Note:
