Description:Responsible for application support at customer sites for the use of state-of-the-art e-beam defect inspection tools in the semiconductor fabrication industry.
Responsibilities include:
Development and optimization of recipes for defect inspection, defect classification, auto-review, analysis of the results, generation of reports on the results, management of job queue.On-site customer training on the use of the company's state-of-the-art e-beam inspection tools.Maintenance activities such as daily monitoring, system diagnosis as required, regular tool calibrations, and PMs.Requirements:
BA or MS in one of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Material Science.Experience in wafer fabrication and defect control is preferred.Experience in SEM or defect review, or defect inspection tool is a plus.Good verbal and written communication skills in English.Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, strong analytic and data analysis skills.Natural curiosity, inventiveness, and an interest in making things work better.Company offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits.To apply for this position please submit an MS Word doc of your resume and put in the subject "Job ID # 1762".
