Job Description - SUPERVISOR, GENERAL RADIOLOGY
- (Temple University Hospital/40 hours days) (233012)Assists with coordinating and expediting all general radiographic studies, including fluoro and Operating Room, as well as additional cases added to the AM or PM schedule. Provides accurate films and paperwork for physicians to dictate films with comparisons. Monitors patient flow in the general Diagnostic Radiology area and Out-Patient Imaging Center. Instructs and trains technologists and students in techniques, equipment and other related matters. Assists in overseeing staff including technologists, and students. Assists in the evaluation of employees' performance and in employee discipline.EducationHigh School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program (Required)Experience5 Years experience in all phases of diagnostic radiology including general radiology (Required)General Experience in a supervising/leading others (Required)License/CertificationsARRT - Amer Reg Radiologic Technlgst (Required)RT(R) - Reg Technologist (R) (Required)BLS - Basic Life Support (Preferred)Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
