Responsibilities:Design, develop, test and implement web-based training modules applying adult learning principles (incorporating video, sound/voice, interaction, etc.), consulting with internal subject matter experts and using various technology - Articulate, Storyline, Quiz Maker, etc.Interface with users/customers and provide support and expertise with SABA LMS via email, phone, meetings, Skype, etc.Manage shared Outlook inbox.Create and maintain accurate curricula and target audience in the SABA LMS and ensure all relevant associates have mandatory curriculum.Monitor SABA LMS source data and curricula to ensure accuracy.
