You will be given clear objectives, ample resources, and complete autonomy to expand your accounting function as this successful business continues to grow. Excellent opportunity to get a foot in the door on the leadership team comprised of sharp, talented executives.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, monthly close, and quarter/year-end processes.Supervise a team of experienced accountants who take ownership of day-to-day AP, AR, Journal Entries, and Reconciliations, allowing you to own the review process and have time to do analysis each month.Automate processes as you constantly search for new and more intelligent ways to do things.Coordinate all audit and year-end tax items.Work closely with the executive team as you provide them with key data that will be used to make strategic decisions tied to business growth, acquisitions, and/or divestitures.Join a company with a work-hard/play-hard culture as this company is growing rapidly but takes time to enjoy their pickleball court, arcade games, and beer tap when it’s time to blow off steam.
