Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a
Program Manager
“contingent” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. Work may be performed in Honolulu, Hawaii. Experience Requirements: Minimum of ten (10) years of experience on C4ISR projects with significant contributions in two or more cybersecurity/IA areas: CS/IA Compliance; Software Assurance and Security Engineering; Systems Security Architecture; Systems Security Analysis; Threat Analysis; Exploitation Analyses; and/or Security Program Management. Experience in leading one or more of the following CS/IA areas: CS/IA engineering design efforts to solve current or potential Fleet issues; Leading design and fielding of CS/IA technologies; Leading or providing support to significant DoN and/or DoD CS/IA working groups. Three (3) years of experience is desired in Risk Management Framework (RMF), Navy RMF Process Guide, Information Assurance Technical Authority (IA TA) Standards including Defense-in-Depth Functional Implementation Architecture (DFIA); CYBERSAFE; and Navy Cyber Situational Awareness (NCSA). Minimum of one (1) year of experience with CSTA standards and Defense-in-Depth Functional Implementation Architecture (DFIA)/ Defense-in-Depth Functional Implementation Architecture Network Transformation (DFIANT) implementation/development. Six (6) to eight (8) years of experience in Cybersecurity workforce development and project management. Experience in leading and mentoring multiple teams, projects and/or large groups. Educational Requirements: One of the following certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP), or Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP) Note: other advanced CS/IA security relevant certifications are acceptable but those listed above are highly preferred.
