Lease Administrator - Philadelphia, PA (Old City) $85-110k - HybridA growing commercial real estate company in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Lease Administrator to join their team!The Lease Administrator is responsible for the administration of leases for commercial real estate properties. This includes preparing lease abstracts, processing lease payments, and managing lease expirations.Duties and Responsibilities:

Process lease payments and manage tenant accountsEnsure data integrity of the organization's lease administration software/systemReview leases, amendments, and lease renewalsManage CAM reconciliations and billingOverall oversight and supervision of the departmentRun monthly & quarterly reportsWork cross-functionally with Accounting, Legal, Tax, & Financial Planning for capital-related issues, appeals, tax filings, or as neededMonitor lease expirations and renewalsMaintain lease records and databasesQualifications:
