Funds Associate (3-6 PQE) – CAYMAN ISLANDS

Our client is a major offshore firm with an unrivalled reputation in the funds industry. As a new member of the 80+ pax strong funds team, you will be advising an already established client base on a number of portfolio acquisitions, private equity deals, fund formations, credit facilities, and acquisitions.

*** THERE ARE CURRENTLY 3 FUNDS ROLES AT THIS LEVEL IN CAYMAN ***

Candidates will ideally have 3-6 years post qualified experience, strong academics, and the personality to fit into a dynamic working environment. For this role, Offshore Legal has been asked to source funds specialists or top tier corporate associates with some exposure to funds/PE work.
