The Group owns and operates 52 offices worldwide.Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a detail-oriented and service-oriented individual to support our Global Payroll Practice. This is an office-based role in the Lakeview area of Chicago.The Role:

Reporting to the International Business Manager, you will be responsible for:Effective implementation of global employee employment contracts by coordination with HR, Benefits, and our international Accounting teams.Support and coordinate on-boarding/off-boarding of international employees, ensuring accuracy and completion of employee documentation.Maintain the HR system for accessible records and drive streamlining operational efficiency.Facilitate employee inquiries, such as payroll, benefits, expense reports, and other HR-related tasks.Assist in creating RFIs and RRPs, as well as ad hoc projects, for both new and current customers expanding into new countries.Work in small teams and provide service-oriented support.On-the-job training provided.The Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree coupled with 1 – 4 years of HR administrative experience, and/or recruitment background with a focus on employee engagement.Passionate and curious about learning international labor laws, working with diverse cultures, and a keen interest in supporting international employees.Attention to detail, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to multi-task in a timely and accurate manner on simultaneous assignments/projects.Proactive problem solver, self-motivated, and the ability to identify and resolve customer inquiries.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.Ability to articulate clearly and professionally through verbal and written communication.Discretion in handling confidential data (experience working with employment contracts a plus, but not required).Additional language skills and international exposure are a plus.Well versed in MS Office (Word and Excel).
