Quantitative Developer

Our client seeks a trading infrastructure quantitative developer to build, enhance and support its research infrastructure. The candidate will work within a team of quantitative developers and researchers, and will be integral to the introduction of new alphas and models from research into trading.
Responsibilities:
Enhance and build a research infrastructure that can handle hundreds of thousands of tick-level signals. Enhance and build cloud-based architecture. Build historical data processing and analysis tools for research. Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a quantitative developer in the finance field. Strong programming background in Python and C++. Solid understanding of high performing data structures, distributed systems, and modern distributed data pipeline technologies. Experience with system programming in Linux is a plus. Knowledge of other programming languages such as Bash, Scala, Ruby is a plus. In-depth knowledge of tick simulation, market microstructures and market impact models is a plus. Knowledge of distributive systems and algorithms is a plus. Experience with Spark in particular is a plus. To apply, please send your resume to
