Tax Senior & Manager- Financial Services Specialist

TitleExpanding CPA firm located in NYC is seeking a Tax Senior & Manager to join their tax department.Description:Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:Reviewing/preparing mainly partnership and some corporate, consolidated and multi-state tax returnsResearching tax issues related to your clientsHandling and resolving client tax questions and issuesReviewing federal and state quarterly estimated payments and assisting with tax audits and research projectsDeveloping good relationships with clients and managing their expectationsDetermining possible situations where additional tax services can be providedJob InformationThe right candidate will have the following:BS in Accounting or related fieldCPA preferred3+ years recent CPA firm tax department experienceSpecialization in financial service clients, hedge funds and private equity preferablyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of GoSystem and/or ProSystem a plusStrong team playerAbility to establish and maintain strong client relationshipsAll candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.The Eppolito Group, Inc.521 5th Avenue, Suite 1700New York, NY 10175212-292-4577 (T)251-252-4577 (F)paula@eppolitogrp.com
