You’re in luck! This ultra-talented yet reasonably-sized digital agency has hooked a pod of new client whales. They need somebody just like you to work closely with their biggest, most prestigious client to gain a deep understanding of its needs — and then help convert that understanding into real product. It’s a contract-to-hire gig, meaning that if you excel, you’re looking at a bright future indeed.Responsibilities:Get to know the client extremely well, understanding its brand, relationships with customers, business goals, overarching strategy, marketing and advertising history, wants, and preferences.Work with colleagues to create a plan that communicates the above via a set of world-class products (overall digital platform, loyalty programs, etc.).Collaborate with a team of producers, architects, developers, designers, and writers to build the product efficiently and effectively.Educate the team about the work, own the product through an Agile workflow, and leverage the team’s talents to drive toward hard deliverables.Manage timelines, staffing plans, and budgets; negotiate third-party contracts; and communicate goals, issues, and progress both internally and externally.Qualifications:Seven or more years of product management experience in digital advertising.Strong design and tech skills, with an emphasis on communication and listening to client needs.Highly organized with the ability to maintain a big-picture perspective.Experience in managing people and inspiring teams.A great sense of humor and the ability to work well with a creative team.Inside Skinny:Variety of experience is at a premium here; demonstrate that you’ve done it all — campaign strategy, site development, content creation — and you’ll warm the hearts of this team.Net Net:All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, creed, age, sexual orientation, veteran status, marital status, disability, or any other status protected by applicable law.
