Workers Compensation Trial Attorney

A law firm in Chicago is seeking a Workers' Compensation Trial Attorney with 3-5 years of experience litigating Workers’ Compensation cases. The ideal candidate will manage a full caseload of Workers' Compensation cases, handling matters from beginning to end, including opening new files, creating litigation plans, conducting depositions, trying cases, and maintaining exceptional client contact.Duties:Independently manage own caseload involving Workers' Compensation mattersRepresent clients in a wide range of litigation claimsRegularly handle court appearances, conduct depositions, and try casesSecure TTD benefits, PPD benefits, and medical treatment for plaintiffsNegotiate with Insurance Adjusters and Opposing Counsel to obtain maximum case values for clientsMaintain regular and comprehensive communication with clientsRequirements:Experience with Workers' Compensation mattersSuperior written and oral communication skillsStrong analytical skillsSpanish-speaking ability is a plusDual licenses in Wisconsin, Missouri, and/or Indiana are a plusEducation:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Admitted to practice in the State of IllinoisExperience:3-5 years of experience litigating Workers’ Compensation casesBenefits:401(k)Health insuranceGenerous PTO packageCompany info:BCG Attorney Search200 South Wacker Drive, 31st FloorChicagoIllinoisUnited States 60606Phone:
