We need a highly talented Senior Director of SW Development for the Identity and Access Management organization to help lead the most critical functions of our business. This role will be managing large engineering teams, delivering distributed systems, operating them in multiple regions, and coaching and growing managers and engineers.This high-visibility and high-impact role will help shape our future infrastructure business and enable growth. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across all cross-organizational functions to deliver results.You should have a strong multidisciplinary operations, technology, and engineering management background. You should also have a track record of influencing and presenting to senior business and technology leaders and driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels.
