We focus primarily on shareholder derivative litigation and shareholder class actions, with a particular emphasis on breach of fiduciary duty claims, including in connection with excessive executive and director compensation practices.Primary Responsibilities:Drafting complaints and legal briefs.Managing large discovery matters, including:Negotiating discovery issues.Drafting document requests, interrogatories, and discovery motions.Conducting privilege review.Conducting secondary-level review of documents.Deposition preparation.Our small but busy practice provides younger attorneys with significant responsibilities in the handling of our cases.
