Associate Director, Oncology Field Reimbursement Manager, Network (NORTHEAST)
Location: Concord, New HampshireDescriptionAt Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM), we focus on treating, curing, and preventing some of the most devastating and complex diseases. The Associate Director, Oncology is accountable for leading, developing, and managing a team of Field Reimbursement Managers (FRM) across Oncology healthcare provider accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of up to 8 direct reports.Develop and execute strategic plans for the team.Foster communication across multiple departments.Ensure healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers have the necessary resources.Manage and allocate budget in alignment with team objectives.Adhere to JJIM Credo and HCC Guidelines.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree is required. MBA or related graduate degree preferred.Minimum of 8 years of healthcare business experience required, with a focus on biopharmaceutical market access and field reimbursement.3 years of direct people management experience required.Knowledge of reimbursement principles, coding, billing, and appeals processes.A valid Driver's License in one of the 50 United States is required.Must reside within or be willing to relocate to the geography.Preferred QualificationsMBA or advanced degree/relevant certifications preferred.Experience in the Oncology therapeutic market.Strong communication and analytical skills.Travel RequirementThis role involves travel up to 75% of the time.Compensation and BenefitsThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550.
