The candidate will be part of the trucking accident litigation team, providing legal representation to transportation companies in all aspects of litigation.The attorney will:Prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, and trial briefs.Be involved in negotiating settlements.Work closely with clients and paralegals to prepare timely reports on litigation, ensuring all appropriate defenses are leveraged to reach positive outcomes.Analyze written discovery, depositions, medical records, and assess the value of claims to determine risk exposure.Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills are needed.The firm offers 401(k), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Health savings account, Life Insurance, Paid time off, Retirement plan, and Vision Insurance.
