Litigation Associate Attorney

Conway office of our client seeks associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate will advise, advocate for, or represent the clients’ interests or issues. Will write cleanly persuasive motions and filings. Maintain a regular schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences based on case requirements.Responsibilities include:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse range of agreements.Filing comprehensive complaints and airtight responses.Working closely with the team to prepare comprehensive briefs and motions on each case that goes to trial.Preparing persuasive motions.Interfacing with clients about discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and other case-related work.Conducting depositions and discovery.Performing industry research on legal matters as well as applicable legislation.Making court appearances, hearings, and pre-trial conferences.Requirements:Should be well versed in New Hampshire law.Must have State Bar certification in New Hampshire.Certification in Maine is also preferred.Litigation experience is essential.Company infoBCG Attorney Search125 Park Avenue, 25th floorNew YorkNew YorkUnited States 10017Phone:
