The Strategy team strives to solve the most pressing problems within Amazon’s supply chain, delivering programmatic solutions and sustainable processes. We are a centralized team, dedicated to supporting the business via capacity planning, labor strategy, and organizational development. The SCSS team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated associate to support centralized Week 0 initiatives across multiple NACF networks.Key Job Responsibilities
Your job responsibilities as a Week 0 Associate may include:Execute critical Week 0 Standard Work on daily and weekly cadences.Must be able to comprehend SOPs with minimal support and identify opportunities.Respond to site questions and issues raised through the Week 0 programs.Propose solutions on quality/productivity and work on milestones.Effectively identify and communicate issues and escalate to management.Highly organized, excellent multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation in any Discipline is required for this position.Proficiency with MS Excel.Knowledge of VBA, SQL and Data Warehouse is a plus.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in verbal & written communication in English.Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook; MS Excel proficiency is an advantage.Strong attention to detail.Must be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
