Their approach to strategic account management includes developing strong client relationships, understanding client strategic priorities, and leveraging analytics that drive excellence in delivery and revenue growth.Our consultants are recruiting nationally for a highly motivated, proven Sales Executive (New Logo) to join our global business development team. The successful candidates will help secure strategic engagements and close medium to large clients leveraging the organization’s customer care, call center, and professional services solutions. The new hire will develop new business using their existing Fortune 1000 network across targeted vertical markets. You should be a true “hunter” and have experience selling outsourcing solutions to the telecoms, healthcare, financial services, OEMs, or other information technology markets. Drive new logo opportunity pursuits with a “sales hunter” mindset, managing the sales process from lead capture to closure.Leverage Fortune 1000 sales and BPO industry experience to develop a strong pipeline of new logo opportunities.Respond to and close customer RFPs.Generate and communicate a sales pipeline, qualify opportunities, and accurately forecast revenue and sales plan attainment.Develop a thorough understanding of the customer business environment and strategic goals.Understand competitive positioning and threats to effectively drive growth and achieve revenue goals.Manage deal and key stakeholder briefing via the use of Salesforce as a planning, forecasting, and pipeline tracking tool.Hire, train, and develop a growing sales force driven by market demand.This is an Individual Contributor role with significant autonomy to effect growth.Background and Experience

10+ years sales and sales leadership experience in at least one of the following: BPO, Telecom, OEM, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Software sectors.BPO sales experience required with an understanding of Consulting, Software, and Enterprise technology services.Established record of sales success above quota attainment.History of delivering deals in excess of $2M annualized revenue.Expert in solutions selling and developing strategies which maximize deal value.Proven track record in managing and negotiating complex services deals.Experience with forging and selling partner-based solutions (Go to Market) a plus.High energy, self-starter with demonstrated ability to create programs driving client positioning, penetration, and successful engagements.Demonstrated experience handling multi-million-dollar quotas, creating strategic business plans, and delivering a competitive strategy for assigned accounts and verticals.Travel to client meetings, trade shows, internal meetings. Covid-sensitive practices.Actively participate in social media on behalf of the Organization on LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.TO APPLY
