You'll play a pivotal role in designing and managing HVAC systems, overseeing upgrades, and orchestrating transformative renovations/retrofits in commercial buildings. Your expertise in code compliance and field surveys will ensure that every project starts on a solid foundation.What We're Looking For:A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.At least five years of commercial Mechanical HVAC or Plumbing design experience in healthcare, education, municipal, institutional, multi-use high rise buildings, etc.On track to become a licensed Professional Engineer (PE Candidate) with an Engineer-in-Training (EIT/FE) certification.Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit.A passion for technical excellence and a meticulous eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.Experience in construction administration, including submittal/RFI review and coordination meetings.Keywords:
