The Consolidations Accounting Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial consolidations and reporting for the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and strategic professional to contribute to the financial success of our client.Key Responsibilities:Consolidation of Financial Statements:

Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for the organization, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.Manage the financial close process, including reviewing and analyzing financial data from subsidiary entities.Prepare and oversee the production of consolidated financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, such as management, investors, and regulatory agencies.Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data in reports and disclosures.Process Analysis and Improvement:

Evaluate current financial processes and activities to identify areas for improvement. Prioritize initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual efforts, and enhance financial reporting accuracy.ERP Implementation:

Lead the planning and execution of the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Collaborate with IT, finance, and other relevant teams to ensure a seamless transition.Project Management:

Oversee multiple transformation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
