A law firm in Woburn, MA, is seeking a skilled Family Law Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling various family law matters and providing legal counsel to clients regarding divorce, child custody, and adoption.Duties:Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and adoption.Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.Draft pleadings, motions, petitions, and other legal documents.Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on family law issues.Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure efficient case management.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar in good standing.3-7 years of experience practicing family law.Familiarity with Massachusetts family law statutes and procedures.Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Certifications:Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Skills:Family law knowledge and experience.Legal research and analysis.Drafting legal documents.Negotiation and mediation skills.Client counseling.Courtroom advocacy.Time management and organizational skills.
